“Just bought this 3 Pint Jug I thought it going to be durable Jug for life, but how I was wrong, even before I started to use it it slipped out of my hand fell on the carpet and enamel went off (I have attached the picture), so now it useless I can’t put it in front of the people nor guests nor I want myself watch to a black holes on the top of the Jug. I just want to warn customers enamel is not durable, after every single bang (even on the soft carpet) enamel will peel off.”

Dear Emma, Falcon Enamelware is made from a porcelain enamel, which is a powdered glass bonded onto steel. If a product is dropped/hit against something, the porcelain will chip as it is just glass fused onto metal. The metal core will never break but chips cannot be avoided. All of the materials used in our products are non-toxic and are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel. “I bought some Red items using the Valentine offer - I loved them so much I then bought everything I had planned to buy in Pigeon Gray in Red too! I plan to use them in our new motorhome (when we're allowed out again) Excellent service too, a missed tea towel was sent immediately.”

“I am very pleased with my bowl purchase. The design, weight, is what I was looking for. And color is attractive. The best part is that they are stackable! We do a lot of eating and entertaining (pre and post COVID) outside. Cooking over an open fire, it is nice to have sturdy dinnerware. I have enamelware plates and mugs that have been passed down through several generations. However, I am down to four stackable mugs. Would you consider making stackable mugs? My mugs are bowl shaped, hold 12 oz, and the handles are open at the bottom - to allow them to stack. Much easier for picnicking! Thank you!”
