“My order arrived very quickly, unfortunately, there was a slight problem with the item. However, after an emai to Falcon, it was quickly resolved and a replacement was delivered two days later. Fantastic Customer Service.”

“Love the enamelware, just was not in love with the color. I tried to send it back for a refund and the shipping back would have cost triple the amount of the product. Disappointed with customer service. Great product.”

“The quality is high and the "Falcon Blue" color is more beautiful in real life than the pictures can convey: a deep navy that's nearly black, but with hints of cobalt. The items are sturdy and have a lovely feel in the hand. My only quibble with Falcon is really a quibble with FedEx, so it's not enough to take a star off but I wish there had been clearer advance notice about the signature requirement on delivery: I would have asked to opt out if I had known. FedEx in my area will use any excuse to skip a house, including signature release. If I hadn't been monitoring tracking I would have had no idea the package was even in the country. After a few days and some minor hassle, they finally came while someone was available to sign, but it was a predictable annoyance and delay.”

“I gave my new PO Box for an address & Falcon immediately let me know they couldn’t mail to a PO Box-that communication saved much stress. The quality of Falcon goes beyond any other enamel eating ware. The colored tumblers will save using too many glasses.”

“We love the history and tradition of Falcon but are extremely disappointed these are not made in the UK. We donated our last order and told all our friends and family never to buy from you. Until these become British made again then you are in no way an icon of British home life.”
