“Still waiting for shipment it was held up in customs. Company said it was my issue, but I am not an importer and do not have any information to get items out of customs. Company now is non-responsive. Hopefully someone will assist soon.”

“I love this enamelware! It's very high quality & substantial and will replace some plastic and breakable items . I bought several tumblers and a 2 pint jug plus the set of nesting pie pans. The tumblers are a joy to drink from and the pie pans are perfect for the toaster oven. Some of the colors were slightly different from how they appeared online; particularly the Spring Green is turquoise, but I can live with that. I'm sure these items will last for many years.”

“I love this enamelware! Beautiful colors! One little thing. There was a tiny chip out of one of the tumblers on the rim but not a big deal. Over time they will get more chips. Shipping is super fast. Will definitely order again!!!”

“I have been a fan of Falcon for many years. I have loved many of the newer items now on offer. However, for me, the price of the items has been prohibitive. Can you imagine my joy, when slight seconds were offered? It made the items affordable for me. I was so suprised at the quality of these items, the "faults " where minuscule and haven't detracted from either their beauty or functionality.”

“Beautiful enamelware - no question asked. Am vying it for 5 years now. But. The fact that you don’t tell the client that he will pay 50 additional euro for delivery is kinda unfair. The taxes are understandable but the hidden delivery cost feels unfair.”

Hi Sosina, Thank you for your order. As mentioned to you in our email correspondence, these are not hidden delivery costs. These are the taxes/customs fee you pay for importing a product to your country which is collected by the courier. These charges do not come back to us. Our delivery charge was charged and mentioned in the order process and you are exempt from UK tax. These are European taxes you had to pay to receive the order.
