“I don’t normally have time to write reviews but Falcon’s service was exceptional! I phoned and Martin answered I was after some heaters which are becoming hard to find . Martin said to give him a few minutes to check stock. He promptly called me back to confirm they had in stock . I placed the order via the internet and received a dispatch email later that day . the heaters arrived the next day.. great service all round”

“Ordered some strip lighting with 13 spotlights and additional fittings which were well-priced and delivered promptly. When the electrician fitted everything, he found that two of the spots didn't work, so I contacted customer service the following day, and still have nothing resolved a month later?”
