“GOOD STOCKIST OF ITEMS, DELAY ON DELIVERY DUE TO XMAS. THE BOX MOUNTED ONTO 160ATPN SWITCH FUSE AS DESIGNED. BUT IF BUY GOODS FROM THEM THAT ARE FAULTY OR NEED REPLACING IN THE GUARANTEE PERIOD WHICH IS THEIR PROBLEM TO SORT, RETURN TO MANUFACTURE! UNDER TRADING STANDARDS AND WARRANTEE IT IS THEIR PROBLEM TO SORT, NOT THE CUSTOMER'S.”

Immediately after I agreed to accept an alternative, Falcon received delivery of the correct one and immediately offered me next-day delivery from the new stock.
