“I always think you can judge a company by how well they respond when things go wrong, and Falcon were excellent. I got a Redring handwash unit which was faulty; contacted them by phone, was asked to provide details on an email, got an immediate reply offering collection of the item which they arranged, and refund within 10 days. Need more companies like this.”

“I get the parts I needed to via delivery and havnt had no issues with this side. Fast amd reliable. Invoicing is abit slacking. Proper vat invoices need to be sent and I keep having to chase for them Other than that a good reliable service”
