“Excellent, I spoke to Richard in customer service who found a replacement smoke detector for me to replace one that was over 20 years old. Described the wiring to him, he knew what I needed and the replacement detectors fit perfectly! Brilliantly”

“I was struggling to find a 20A Single Pole Type B MCB for my old consumer unit. Falcon Electrics could supply an equivalent at a reasonable cost so I was more than happy. Delivery by their nominated courier was prompt (within 2 days) I will use their service again and therefore I would recommend the company.”
