“Only problem was that Falcon advertised an item that was unavailable. The customer service staff were excellent in that they tried their best to source the item and, when that proved impossible, they efficiently progressed a full refund.”

“Ordering online was very easy. Trade counter experience was unbelievable. Total disorganisation in every area. Shame .. let you down. Have a big project but can't wait in a trade counter for so long and experience that shambles again”

“Purchased my shower on-line, got a call next saying offering me another one as this one was out of stock, or I could wait for original one, I choose wait, one week later recieve it, to be told its broke, rang company no issues with them collecting and returning money. Never needed to send it back as shower worked perfectly it was pull cord on wall which was broken, rang to apologise and they were great, I will definitely buy from this company again, fantastic customer service so polite and professional. Big 5* from me”

“Order process uncomplicated and delivery within 2 days, excellent service and very pleased with the heaters to date. Had to order the feet for one of my heaters from another company so maybe that could be looked at going forward. Overall I would still give 5 out of 5.”

“Quite impressed with this new supplier (new supplier to me). The last new supplier I chose a couple of weeks back, scammed my card, so I was a bit reluctant to use these when the PayPal payment did not go through, but all worked out fine in the end. Good communication from Alexandra. Plus a phone call from John regarding a different product to the one I ordered, turned out to be spot on!”

“I was pleased to find the replacement keypad which I had been searching for in Falcon. Unfortunately the parcel also contained a panel which I did not need. i have unable to get an answer to my telephone calls after eight attempts, so I would be grateful for some help in that area.”

“My experience with these chaps was very good. Why? Well nothing to do with them but the courier lost the delivery. When I called Electrical Wholesalers to explain the delivery should have arrived 2 days ago the chap on the other end of the phone could not have been more helpful and apologetic. Whilst placing me on hold he contacted the courier and confirmed they were having difficulty finding the item. So again very apologetic the chap said they would send another out immediately and I would receive in within a couple of days. The new consignment turned up the next day. A company shows its worth when something goes wrong and you need decent customer service and these guys stepped up to the mark. No waiting on long telephone ques…press one for sales…. press 86 for bath tubs etc etc. I would highly recommend them. Secondly the radiator I purchased is great works well and was cheaper with these chaps than anywhere else AAA+++”
