We can assure you that the item was checked by at least 2 staff members before dispatch so must have been damaged in transit. “I’m so impressed with faith jewellers! I bought a personalised product and although they wouldn’t normally engrave it in the place I wanted, I dropped and email to ask if that was ok and they accommodated it straight away and it was dispatched the next day! Thank you so much!”
