“The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. I'm often in the Portadown branch. My fiance bought my engagement ring here in January 2020 in the Portadown branch after I picked the most amazing ring out with my mum in advance so when the time came she could tell him which ring I would love. I bought our wedding rings at faith also from the rushmere branch & the ring I wanted wasn't there but they very kindly contacted the manager and he got it brought over from the Portadown branch even though it hadnt reopened yet just the rushmere one was open for click & collect. They are also easy to contact and always reply to online messages fast. I've also bought earrings off the website. I would definitely recommend Faith.”

“Very quick service. Items were lovely although disappointed in the presentation box for earrings, thought for the price and size of them the box would have been bigger to allow them to drop to the full size instead of squeezing them in a bit to small.”
