“Even during disruption to delivery services before Christmas, Faith Jewellers made every effort to keep us informed about progress with our order. The item itself was excellent, and well packaged and I hadn’t been able to source it from other Jewellers. I have no reason not to give Faith Jewellers 5 stars.”

“I purchased the item I wanted at a great price.It was posted the same day but the postal strikes slowed delivery down,which was not Faith jewellers fault. A very good service overall from Faith jewellers,thank you.Arrived in time for Christmas which was the main thing.”

“I ordered a watch before Christmas and even with the postal strikes arrived just in the nick of time. I asked some pretty stupid questions but in true Faith style responses were quick and no problem was too big to relay back! So thank you for the service and time. I hate being a stupid customer but I was definitely one of those!”

“Very gd service & communication about delivery. Love the Gwennie gold-toned and amazonite pendant Ted Baker earrings. Very pleased. Only criticism is that the hoop are so tiny it makes it very difficult to put through ears & secure. Very fiddle. Would rather pay more & have a bigger, easier to hoop to put through ears. Would love them even more then!”
