Hi Susan I'm sorry you feel necessary to leave us a a one star review. I feel this is very unfair as we have checked your order details. Although there is a Next Day Delivery option you selected the free standard delivery service. Your item was ordered on the Sunday 19th February at 9.45pm. We despatched the item to you at 11.39am on Monday 20th through a Tracked 48 Royal Mail service. Your item arrived on Wednesday 22nd February. This was one day ahead of schedule as your estimated delivery date at time of order was displayed as the 23rd February. Kind Regards Rodney Managing Director

“Was in a hurry to purchase a birthday gift for my sons girlfriend after I had forgotten about it. Picked a gorgeous bangle and put through for next day delivery. Everything went smoothly and I was kept up-to-date with delivery. The website was very easy to navigate. I got the last bangle of that type for a brilliant price and my sons girlfriend loved it!
