“I still haven't received my order it's been 2 weeks now”

Hi Ian Apologies you have not received your order yet. Due to the ongoing Royal Mail industrial action parcels are moving much slower through their system. Unfortunately this is something beyond our control. We have checked your tracking reference and you parcel arrived in Warrington Mail Centre on Sunday 4th December. “Not your fault, but the delivery was terrible. Royal Mail took forever. Strikes were not the cause. We were a little concerned too, as the packaging doesn't match the Swarovski that we have been collecting for over 20+ years.”

Hi sorry you feel disappointed with Royal Mail. We have used them for over 5 years and 99.9% of the time they are very good. Unfortunately in this crazy world at the moment Royal Mail and other companies are striking which does seem to have an affect on the deliveries times. Unfortunately this is something outside our control. Regarding the Swarovski Packaging. We have been an official stockist of Swarovski since 2010. Only this year have Swarovski decided to rebrand from there familiar blue box packaging to a more modern multi coloured box with a cream bag. Going forward all new product will have this packaging.
