Dear customer, I can confirm that Ted Baker have recently made a minor change to the item you purchased, changing the T endings to bead endings but are yet to provide us with an updated photo to reflect this. In terms of the item packaging, all Ted Baker products are sent to us directly from them in a designated box so unfortunately that aspect is beyond our control. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase it can still be returned for a full refund.
