“The importance that the Faith team put on delivering items is second to none. I place a simple order for a necklace extender and accidentally clicked for click and collect. I received a phone call to check had I made a mistake. My small item was dispatched in no time at no extra cost.”

Hi Rhianne I'm sorry to hear you have not received your order as of yet. Royal Mail is still experiencing delays over the Christmas period and the new year. I have investigated your order and it was dispatched on 29th December (Wednesday) appear to be experiencing delays due to the bank holiday at the start of this week. Your parcel has been despatched Tracked 48 which in normal situations this can take 2 to 5 working days. We will continue to track your parcel for you but would hope is should be with you shortly. “Competitively priced watch for my partner’s Christmas gift. Ordering was simple and delivery was very quick. Emails kept me informed of delivery status. Paid extra for next day and unfortunately it took 2. However, overall very pleased”

Hi Gharar I feel this one-star review is very unreasonable. You ordered a watch for £199.50 on the 24th of December 2021. On the 26th December, you noticed it had reduced in price to £149.50 in the post-Christmas Sales. We refunded you the £50 on the 30th of December. On the 25th of January, you then returned the watch for a full refund. This was over the 28-day refund policy but as goodwill and good customer service, we gave you a full refund. We have emailed you to inform you of this on each occasion. Therefore 'Lack off, rather NO communication of issue raised' Very unfair and unreasonable on your behalf to leave us a one-star review. “My order was took and then they decided there was none available andhad to order in which also didnt come and then it did. Was sort of left hanging few days before christmas too late to order elsewhere. Did arrive though just in time.”

Hi Jill Sorry to hear you were unhappy with the service provided by Faith Jewellers. You Ordered a Click and Collect service for a Michael Kors watch. Your order was placed on Friday 17th December in which case you had purchased the last one of these items we had in stock. When we went to collect the watch from our Rushmere store unfortunately another customer had purchased the watch. This was 6 minutes after your web order was received. We checked our stock availability and noticed we had several of these watches in transit from the supplier so we contacted you and offered you the choice of a full refund or to wait on the goods arriving which we knew would arrive before Christmas. We expected the watch to arrive within a day or two but with the Courier delays on Christmas week, your watch arrived on Wednesday 22nd December. 2 working days later than expected. May I once again apologise for the delay in getting you your product but we do try our best. Customer Service is our main focus. Many Thanks Rodney Managing Director

“Superb experience dealing with Faith Jewellers. Order arrived very quickly (3 days) and was well packaged. Although I didn’t particularly need the item before Christmas, to my delight and surprise, it arrived on Christmas Eve. Thank you very much, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.”

“I ordered a watch three days before Christmas. I emailed beforehand to confirm the stated delivery times to mainland UK. I received a prompt response from Noleen in Customer Services confirming. The watch arrived as stated. A very good price and great service. Will purchase again from Faith.”
