“Getting the boxes is becoming one of the highlights of my month. I adore the beautiful books. They're all amazing stories and look stunning. There's a great selection of other goodies from many of my favourite books. Customer service has always been excellent too!”

“I have enjoyed receiving the FairyLoot books but I don't really enjoy the boxes themselves. I note that customers have been asking for book only for a long time but there doesn't seem to be much commitment towards that. I am considering cancelling.”

“Every interaction I’ve had with the fairies at FairyLoot have been excellent they have gone above and beyond in providing an excellent customer experience. I feel with everything there is always room for improvement so the only reason thus far for not a 5* rating as there have been a few delayed items and a few boxes that have arrived late. But overall great service, love the books 😍 probably all of the most beautiful books in my collection have come from FairyLoot and they are always admired by friends on my bookshelves!”

“Absolutely brilliant choice of books, so far I’ve really enjoyed them all and live being introduced to new books I may have missed. The editions are stunning too, signed, stencilled or sprayed edges and beautiful cover art. The trinkets and loot you get in the boxes are very cute too.”

“Every book I have received has been absolutely beautiful and unique, and each read I have loved! The goodies you get on the box are rarely a disappointment and always beautiful, and I love the collectors items most! “I have loved all of the books in the boxes, the redesign of them all is always stunning and the stencilled edges are amazing. The selection of items is always great, there’s always at least a few super useful and cute items. I do wish though that items like the tote bags and blankets weren’t included. For me the designs are too garish and I will never use them. I do think that the value of the box even when I exclude these items is still great but I just wish they didn’t exist because I don’t know what to do with them now and it feels wasteful.”

“I’ve been subscribed to Fairyloot for around 10 months now and have no desire or plans to cancel. Fairyloot offer such a great service and I’ve discovered books I wouldn’t have normally picked up in absolutely beautiful special editions. I think Fairyloot is excellent for people who love special edition books and I always look forward to receiving my box. I have only had to contact customer support once when one of the items in the boxed were damaged, the customer service was fantastic and dealt with my issue quickly by sending out a replacement immediately. Nothing but positive experiences with Fairyloot!”

“Starting off by saying great customer service. In my time with a monthly sub there have been no let down books and overall I really like the boxes although sometimes I do feel a little let down but that’s more because of what I like in a box not because the boxes are bad. One of my only issues (and the reason I’m knocking down a star) is because I feel that the updates often are lacking, like it’ll say on the update page that “the boxes will start to ship on X date and we’ll let you know if they don’t” but it would be nice to have an update saying they’ve shipped / started to ship as well and just overall more updates on your update page (like saying when they’ve shipped / started to ship) etc. Other than that I don’t have any issues and I’m excited for future boxes with you.”

“Adore everything about Fairyloot. The customer service, those who are handling the Instagram page, those who pack our orders, those who spend time coming up with things to include in each box and all those I’ve not covered. Just know you’re appreciated and not overlooked. The hard work is proven in every box you come out with. There’s nothing that excites me more every month than getting my fairyloot box. ((which is a BIG deal)) ❌My only issue, that I’m sure is personal to me since I live in Dubai - is the shipping cost haha. I know there may be not much you can do now but please do consider it for the future because I spend over $100 per box )): but yup that’s literally it and I’m fully aware that it’s not your fault.❌ sending love your way.”
