“Finding a Fairy Loot box in my mailbox every month was always a treat! It felt like Christmas morning when I got home from work. Some of the books I received were average and my bookcase started to get full of tchotchkes of books I've never read.”

“I've been very upset with how the presales have been going. Even their most recent sale, directly after their site maintenance, their site wouldn't allow me to sign into my account and it struggled to add the item to my cart. It took me almost an hour to check out. Also, not having enough stock. Then the July 2023 book's sprayed edges for the adult subscription are concave and it distorted the image. I was told there was notthing wrong with it. Upon research, everyone who had recieves that book had a similar complaint. It was extremely disappointing given how expensive they are. They do offer good customer service most of the time. But I have been deeply disappointed with my experience as of late.”

“I love majority of both the YA and adult FL books I get. They are always beautiful. The only thing that has brought it down are some of the "adult" picks just aren't. There are soooo many options out there that would be better than what is picked. I think there could be improvement there. Other than that I love my subscription.”

“I love all the books I got from you! Customer service is amazing as well. I just wished you created monthly box for your mortal editions. I’m loving all the romance books your releasing under that category, and I would rather subscribe to a box like that instead of the ya. I struggle with the choices on the ya box and the skips you allow are not enough. Please, please create a box with mortal editions!”

“Overall, it’s an okay box. There’s a lot of repeat items with just different themes on them like socks and such which I’m tired of receiving. I wish there was a little more variety in the items. Also, the quality of the books seem to vary drastically from being pretty plain to having beautiful foiling. I just wish this aspect was more consistent. However, your customer service team is awesome and when the books are great, they’re GREAT.”
