“No problem with the product or the company but BIG BIG problem with the delivery. The pallet company left the pallet on the pavement outside the door to the flats above us, ie. the wrong address and therefore we did not know it was there and he could no way have had a signature. Could have ended very badly but luckily we found it!”

Dear Susan, Thanks for your review - it does advertise curb side delivery on our website, in your confirmation email, this is also discussed verbally when arranging your delivery and then again in a confirmation email that we ask you to respond to i am sorry if this was miss understood.

“Great company, I ordered from them in 2012 and again this year (2019). It's a shame they didn't have the same flooring but that's understandable considering the time. The new flooring is just as great - would highly recommend ! Few cons or improvement areas. the wood pieces come in 5 diff sizes in the pack, would have been nice to know as I had to change the design I wanted to lay. They only offer kerbside delivery, if you're paying for it or if the order is over £1000 I would have thought they could improve this aspect of their service to deliver inside your house - food for thought FactoryDirectFlooring.”
