“The laminate sample flooring is very good but the carriage is very expensive. Where most places nowadays offer free delivery on orders over a certain amount.”

“I initially ordered flooring and later placed an additional order for underlay. In both instances, the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. They were happy to spend time answering my various questions on the thermal and soundproofing levels of the underlays and also ensured that I was able to take advantage of any existing discounts being offered. I could not fault my experience shopping with Factory Direct Flooring Ltd. My orders were delivered as scheduled and in perfect condition. The flooring has now been fitted in my home and looks every bit as good as the website photo. I opted for a higher grade of underlay and immediately noticed a considerable reduction in noise level and heat loss - exactly as informed by staff.”
