“Great range of flooring. Making structural changes to our current house and needed to match our current solid wood floor (10 years old) in a number of areas where walls were removed. At Factory direct we found a matching floor range and had it delivered to our door within days. It’s a great match with great service from start to end of our contact with Factory Floor Direct.”

“Happy with service, can't fault. Delivery driver was superb, went that extra mile for my partner and lifted packs from pallet and to the back door, thank you so much!! As a fellow trucker I commend your Driver highly, great show my friend!! A small suggestion to improve service further, could try make the hour call something that does happen instead of just a request 👍 all in all happy with service and delivery!! Thank you!”

“I ordered samples and they arrived within a couple of days, free of charge. Great service which has helped me decide to order my flooring from this company. It would have been better if I could have chosen 3 samples, rather than just 2.”

“Great item, great price. Delivery company they use needs better communication between them self's. Direct flooring promised pm delivery so arranged to be of work pm and 1 hour phone call to let me know when on way. I had a call around 10:30 am from driver to say he is at mine.. Explained what I was promised and he said he has nothing to do with flooring company and don't adhere to there wishes. I asked it to be left on palate on drive.. He unpacked it of palate and left it by front door taking of plastic protection allowing it to soack up the rain.. Forced to email excepting delivery without signature, so could not inspect condition. There was a few edges of flooring showing through box with slight damage so now can't prove how or when done. Poor show would not use again or recommend due to delivery company.”
