“Unable to offer threshold delivery which meant I had to cancel my order as I am pregnant so cannot lift the flooring from the kerbside- I live on ground floor and have an entrance right off the driveway and they were unable to accommodate for me”

“Order didn’t arrive the day I selected for delivery, even after ringing on the day to check it will be delivered and told it was out for delivery for it to never show up. To then follow up the next day to see where my order is to be told then they couldn’t locate it, Really poor customer service as no one seemed to care that my order was missing. Then when requesting a refund which can’t be processed untill they track my order So I’ve gone to a more reliable company who delivered & fitted my flooring the same day! But still out of pocket from this company as my refund hasn’t yet been sorted!”

“I love the flooring that i bought from you the only down fall is the fact that it is left outside an i had to find a kind person to help me as im in a wheelchair an it was to heavy for me to get it in to my home but i di love it 😀”

“Fast & efficient delivery service, luckily, I ordered a size bigger than I actually needed & I'm glad I did, as the item arrived with "kinks" at both ends (which probably happened in transit - most likely was propped against or leant against something else that dented the vinyl inwards), but they were on the "waste side" of what I really needed to cover the floor.”

“The sales person was very helpful, we took some samples home to see what was right, ordered it online and collected it from the store in Hinckley. So easy and simple, they will even fit it at a cost if we required it.”
