“Good and quick service delivery was excellent next day I got my samples. The only down side is you can only order 2 samples at a time but other than that I’m happy with the service I’ve received!!”

“I have now purchased twice from Factory Direct flooring - flawless ordering, so helpful over the phone and just an all round great experience. Would recommend 😁 The only thing I would add is the cost of returning goods is very high if you arrange for them to come and collect.”

“My order arrived amazingly quickly and the delivery man even brought it in for me. Now the vinyl has been laid and totally transformed the room. Looks great. The quality is excellent and it was nearly half the price of identical ones in the shops.”
