Hi Colin, Thanks for your review. As already mentioned, we do apologise for the delay on delivery, the pallet networks have been so busy, especially in your area. I can see that on 11/10/21 @ 11:16 - we did respond to advise this would be delivered between 12:00 - 14:00 and arrived at 12:29 so apologies again if this didn't allow you time to get back to meet the driver. Even though it is some time since the delivery, we trust there were no issues with the delivered items. Any problems, please feel free to contact us.

“I bought 35 square metres of engineered flooring from them. Now I need more, but unfortunately they are not selling that specific model anymore, so I asked them to get me in touch with their supplier (so I could ask them directly), they refused for no specific reason. Now I have to redo the whole floor of my house because they won't try to help me.”

Hi Chris, Thanks for the review, there was some disruption to the delivery service back in October, I can see that we did email you on 22/10 regarding the delay and copied you into the emails with the carrier so you were kept up to date. I cant see that we received anything back from you.

“I ordered early to avoid being disappointed when my room was ready for it to be laid The delivery was so prompt I have had to store it til later But definitely 5stars for price and delivery Hopefully it will live up to my expectations when unwrapped”
