“Excellent company, prompt and efficient, care about their customers . Will use them every time after being totally ripped off by the warehouse one based in Ireland who sent me a faulty product and insisted i drive it back 400 miles for a 50 % chance of a refund make Factory Direct flooring look like absolute saints. Used them before and they took back unwanted packs with in a few days”

“I rang initially and even though he was about to finish work, the person on the phone took time to answer my query and even offered to email me the order. He went above and beyond. The flooring arrived quickly and we are very pleased with the product at such a reasonable price.”
