“Excellent from start to finish. The flooring we purchased was a fantastic price so I was worried about the quality due to buying online. However, we were absolutely delighted with the flooring and it looks amazing in our hall and front room. Also the colour match beading and filler was spot on. Very good quality for a very reasonable price. Delivery date was as promised and the delivery guy was first class. He went out of his way to ensure I was home in time to accept the delivery. Highly recommend and will definitely buy from them again.”

“Made an order, was told the delivery date, waited at home the whole day and it never arrived so lost a days pay at work. Partner waited in the next day and it still didn’t arrive. Was not contacted at all by the store to say it would be late or wouldn’t arrive & had to chase this up myself. In the end I disputed my transaction with paypal in order to receive a refund.”

“Brilliant service delivering samples. I was ready to order when I noticed a delivery charge of almost £102! We live in the highlands and are used to being ripped off with exorbitant falsely inflated delivery charges but this has to be the worse. Another well known flooring company in Hinckley offering a similar tile has a delivery charge of £15. I called Factory Direct Flooring to query the excessive charge and mentioned their competitors charges and basically the person on the phone couldn’t have cared less.”

Hi Michael, Thanks for your review. Yes there are geographical surcharges in place for some areas, whilst speaking to you we did note that you are 546 miles away, unfortunately this wouldn't be covered under the standard delivery charge of £17.95 as advised. What I did say is that we understand if you decide not to order or agree with those charges, rest assured, we do care and we do accept your feedback.
