“Floor was damaged when fitters unwrapped it. This wasn’t apparent from the outside packaging. Very embarrassing for me. Fitters are trying to cut the damage out and repair it. The cost I paid for delivery too, you’d expect it to be bubble wrapped! Especially Lino! Once the sheet is damaged the whole thing is ruined.”

“Requested a call with a one hour window for delivery I was told that they would let the courier know to call me. They delivered and I was not home due to being at work when I called to say that I didn't get a call they said that it was just a request and that they don't need to let me know I am supposed to stay at home from 9am till 8pm. I had to wait the next day for my delivery which put me back a day with renovations of my new house Very poor customer service”

“Ordered flooring for our new shop six weeks ago, was told estimated 2-3 weeks, then another 2-3 weeks when we telephoned, no volunaupdate in between, paid over 2k, now to be told it's coming from China and no informed date of delivery. Meanwhile our opening is delayed and workmen with nothing to do. Not impressed - would week order form them again? No.”

“Flooring ok unfortunately it doesn't look quite the same as advertised could be down to lighting otherwise satisfied.Shame though no help carrying very heavy product being elderly can't recommend.”

“Whist my product didn't get to me in a great condition, I am unable to complain due to the great customer service I have received. I sent my complaint in and within 10 minutes I had an outcome I was pleased with. It would not deter me from shopping with this company again nor recommending. The delivery was very good also, driver calling me when he was 5 minutes away.”
