“Contacting the company and getting answers on specific floors was difficult. I also found the photos confusing as the same photo is used for a number of different vinyls. I ordered somewhat blind in the end as I was against a deadline but luckily was happy with the floor. Customer service was not good but the floor and delivery were good.”

“I have ordered a laminate flooring a month ago, delivery arrived as scheduled, but it wasn't what I have ordered, or at least I thought so. The description on the package didn't much the one on the invoice. The driver couldn't wait for me to get in touch with costumer service and I was advised it's best to send it back immediately. What I found later,after a conversation with the company was that supplier uses different description and codes for their products, but Direct flooring didn't change the names in their catalogue, neither informed the customers of any changes. It has happened 9 days ago, and I am still waiting to hear from the company about further proceedings. So far, great dissapointment and hassle with rearranging builders etc”

We have tried calling the contact number on the sample order to speak to you regarding this but there has been no reply - I was unable to find any other orders under the same name.. “The delivery driver could not wait for me to answer the door so left my delivery propped up at the front of my house. Due to me being disabled I was only able to get to the window to see the truck driving off. My flooring is now outside in the rain. If you have any type of health condition dont use this company.”
