“Laminate flooring with broken corners was delivered twice, after the first delivery I warned them to be careful before the second delivery. As a result, the second was also beaten. The nature of the damage shows that it was done during loading, i.e. in a warehouse. Accordingly, this is not the carrier's fault.”

“Avoid buying from Factory Direct Flooring at any cost! Once they've got your money, good luck trying to get any help/support with your order. In their books, the customer is always WRONG! It's not worth the £5-£10 saving by buying online with them Vs. a small business... Customer service and support is equally as important when making purchases worth £100s if not more. From now on I'll only be supporting small local businesses instead of Factory Direct Flooring! I lost my money with the mismatched materials and had to extra to the builders due to delays in trying to reach a resolution (which never got reached). I hope my review helps others save time, money and energy.”

“Amended our flooring sizes when we gave the wrong measurements and still came on time. Staff very helpful from call centre to delivery. Sizes perfect. Flooring exactly as described and looks great! Will use again and refer friends and family. Thanks very much!”

“I went for the retro black and white tile pattern soft vinyl flooring. It's lovely and I was lucky to get it on sale! Delivery service was excellent too!”

“The process of ordering was easy and delivery was spot on, very impressed. Can’t comment on quality of vinyl as I haven’t been able to get it laid before Christmas which was a shame but … ho ho ho I’ve decorated it instead !”

“We ordered laminate flooring and vinyl floor samples. All samples turned up promptly and were big enough to give a good idea of look and quality. We’ve now ordered a laminate flooring so will review this once it’s been fitted after Christmas.”

Hi, I am sorry to hear your item has arrived in this condition. I can see your order was delivered 14.12 and we have had no contact from you since delivery. If we had been informed we could have delivered a new item to you the next morning. This is still an option if you wish to get in touch with the team they will sort this out for you immediately. As a company, we pride ourselves on great customer service which includes the resolution of any problems that occur swiftly and efficiently however we have been unable to do so on this occasion as the issue hasn't been reported until now.
