“Ordering was quick and simply, with price much better than anywhere else I'd looked. We had an issue with some damage on delivery but they organised replacement within about 10 minutes of me reporting it to them, with replacements arriving 2 days later. Overall can't fault them. Would definitely use again”

“Factory Direct Floor was amazingly quick in send the samples I requested. Samples were high quality with all the necessary information on the back. They were really representative of the Product & not mounted on a board which otherwise makes it difficult to get the real idea about the product. Although I did not make a purchase I would highly recommend doing a business with them.”
