“Very happy with my order. Wonderful friendly delivery driver. Beautiful quality flooring. I would have liked more information on the receipt image of what I bought and the number of boxes would have been helpful but otherwise I couldn’t fault them.”

“After laying the floor I have started to notice the floor has started to crack on one or more planks , its like the top layer has came away from the wood , maybe had some defect or something wrong with it , apart from that it seems okay for price”

“Excellent service. Kept updated about delivery etc, plus delivered on time. My only problem was, after ordering my floor, I found it cheaper on another site. Emailed them for a price match, but got ignored. I ordered the white flawless and I must say it’s stunning”

“I was looking for a specific tone of laminate flooring that I couldn't find in the shops that I have visited. I found my desired tone with Factory Direct Flooring and order that sample and another one that I also liked. The sample is of a good size and delivered for free. The colour is exactly what I was expecting. I will be ordering the laminate flooring as soon the renovation is coming to an end.”

“Great service but sadly we are unable to find the right colour flooring, many of your laminate flooring products are described as white but apon receiving samples we discover they are more grey. If you have a white with the v groove we would love to see a sample please. We have had samples from other companies but the same issue occurs . It would be ideal if when advertising or naming a product as being white it reall should be white .”
