“Item did not arrive on selected day it arrived 3 days after. I understand this was the courier not the company, I did have a refund but I had booked leave to be in for parcel so abit of a let down”

“I got the aqua plank LVT herringbone in Shore Oak and this floor is SO wonderful! It looks absolutely beautiful, it feels amazing! I would completely believe that it was real wood, and the colours are so pretty! The only thing I would say is that the instructions could be more detailed- we laid it ourselves and when we got the hang of it it was really easy, but it would have been good to have clearer instructions!! But the floor is outstanding and I’m chuffed to bits! 💖”

“The order process was OK. Delivery if done in an afternoon means you get no time estimate or even confirmation that the order will be delivered. This was acknowledged as an issue by the company. Be aware though that while you are encouraged to buy an extra 10% to cater for any issues during installation, if you are left with remaining full packs you cannot return these if they were delivered more than 30 days before the refund is requested. For most jobs you get the material in advnace and not just in time. So don't order any flooring if you think you will want a return of excess unless youare installign straight away.”

“Do not use this company. Items never turned up had to chase for 2 days to then be told the courier had lost the items. Was advised that I would receive a full refund but after noticing the money was not returned I called up. Spoke to Adam the manger who delivered extremely poor customer service advising I had to wait 48 hours so they could confirm the items was not delivered? I pointed out that I was already advised by his colleagues that the items had vanished so why the wait? I had to raise a dispute with my credit card to get my money back as it was still not refunded after 48 hours. Use this company at your own risk.”

“After being messed about by another company, I found the same product not only for less but with a faster delivery. Staff went out of her way to organise a quicker delivery and was efficient and helpful. She also followed up with a confirmation email. Very professional, fast and efficient service. Will definitely recommend them to others.”

“ordered flooring, saying in stock, delivery in 3 days , brilliant, then e mail ,out of stock, having to order in ? factory direct ?? hmmm , then cant even give me a delivery date 2 weeks from now, asked for refund ,not even heard anything back yet, seem to have gone silent ,from this experience i would suggest looking elsewhere ,and still waiting for my refund”

“We have used this company several times , however the latest experience has been shocking. They advertise next day delivery but when you try to order they dont offer it. Vinyl was delivered bent in half. When opening the roll it was damaged and ripped in several places. Customer service is useless. Will be expecting a refund .”
