“I am very disappointed about the material which ordered from you from the website. Actually, there isn't enough information about the material on the website. What I received is quite different from what it writes on the website. There is supposed to be more information on the web. Also, customer service is not showing any concern if you have questions. I arranged delivery for leftover materials on-site to receive a refund. I received a notification email from the courier company that my delivery has arrived at Factory Direct Flooring Ltd. However my delivery was not checked and confirmed properly by the staff from Factory Direct Flooring.”

“Thank you for sending me a sample so quickly. Your service was excellent. The vinyl is not as white as I want, it is more like cream. I am struggling to find pure white lino. However, the quality of yours is good. The piece must be at least 2.5 x 3 metres. If you can supply this I would love to buy it. Kind regards Mrs Cullen 20 Thorold Close CR2 8SA 07803 282 749”

“Vinyl good quality, however 2 cans of spray adhesive came damaged, lids cracked and spray mechanism on one not working. Maybe packaging these separately and not in the middle of rolled up vinyl would help solve this.”

“I needed temporary flooring in one of my rooms and decided to use Factory Direct Flooring. I was extremely happy with the customer service I received from staff who went out of their way to organise a swift delivery despite me making a few changes along the way. The flooring has been complimented by everyone. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends and use them again for future projects.”

“Processing the order has been good but sadly delivery via DHL is shockingly bad in comparison to others. Did not let me know when coming then did not leave in safe place and now waiting another week for redelivery with no way to confirm for them to leave with no signature.”
