“Ordered samples to start which came the next day, then ordered what we decided on from the two. Delivery Query sent by email which was responded to very quickly, and delivery was made on the scheduled day within the allotted time frame. Very, very small indentations on the lino on the outer edge but this will have occurred in transit I expect, as the packaging was damaged in those areas - doesn't cause any problems for us, as we ordered slightly larger than the size required. All in all a very good service and would purchase from here again, and would recommend 👍”

“Factory flooring has a good range of products at reasonable prices, which is why I chose to buy my flooring from them. But, when the reel of vinyl flooring was delivered, it was damaged. I took a photo and contacted the company as soon as I could. Louise Peet offered a remedy with no quibble at all. However I was able to determine that the damaged bit would not be seen, and as the damage was no fault of factory flooring, I did not request any discount. So I was impressed that Louise refunded me the delivery cost. This kind of customer service is almost unknown these days. I will use Factory Flooring again and recommend them to all.”

“We sent for numerous samples but plumbed for Factory direct flooring. We are so pleased with the delivery and quality of the product. It looks absolutely lovely a transformation for our hall and kitchen. My husband was also really pleased with the click system. Would highly recommend your company. Lynn and Andy Bailey”
