“absolutely brilliant. ordered free samples which is very useful to ensure it is the right product for you. website is easy to order on. The product was delivered great, pallet was offloaded and wheeled straight into my garage for storage. good price”

“A really great company I looked at quite a few flooring companies but the site for Direct flooring was so easy to use> I had free delivery of samples and they came very quickly. I ordered my item after I made my decision it arrived well-wrapped and in perfect condition also quite a lot below the price of other the other companies. Well pleased and would definitely recommend them”

“Easy buying , rubbish service when it comes to delivery ,when ordering on a normal delivery service £22 it is sent without any form of tracking so someone needs to be at the address for a full 10 hours , most companies give at least a narrowed down time , this flooring was ordered for a empty property with no electric etc ,so it meant missing work at another place to sit in a car and wait outside the address , so unless you are able to sit and wait it out ,don't bother ,after the amount of money I lost on the other job and the difference in upping the delivery to named time ,it would have been cheaper to go to carpetright just down the road,tried to explain this and got a snotty email”

“I have purchased flooring a few times from this company. Which have been very good and I am very pleased with what I have ordered. But the last lot of flooring was a cheaper laminate than what I usually get. Which I found not so easy to fit such as clipping it in to the other boards. Plus it was a different underlay this time which I would never purchase again as it is not as good as the silver topped underlay. I would still purchase from this company but I would be very careful in what I chose. The delivery was very fast and the driver was very helpful.”

“I bought 2 different floors and very happy with quality of both, and the price was much cheaper than elsewhere. The only issue was with the courier for one of the deliveries. My order ended up being left on a farm several miles away. A call back from customer services never came. So we had to hire a van to collect the rolls as a carpet fitter had been booked.”
