“Upside: The Flooring I ordered turned up as planned, The Driver was very kind as to leave it curbside outside the house as per the seller's instruction. Wrapped & banded securely. I even got to keep the pallet it arrived on (Bonus). As to the quality, I can not say as I have yet to use it & hopefully their calculator is accurate for when I actually lay it as being disabled it may take some time! Downside: I've now had at least 3 emails begging for a review, which is a tad annoying given that it's still in its packaging.”

“The service we received from Factory Direct Flooring was really excellent, from the knowledgeable and helpful staff on the phone, to the delivery of the product. The flooring we purchased (Rhinofloor Supergrip Woods Arcadia Yellow) arrived with no problems and as arranged. The quality of the product is absolutely amazing, and it looks really lovely now we have installed it. Would highly recommend the company and the product.”

“Excellent. Sample plus picture allowed me to see exactly what I was getting, up close and over a larger floor area, so when the tile-effect vinyl flooring arrived it looked exactly as I expected and wanted. The workman I employed said it was easy to cut and lay. Feels comfortable even with bare feet - many of the benefits of real tiles, but warmer and softer. Good price - I checked lots of places. Came quickly, exactly when said. Deliverer very pleasant. Ideally, for my small bathroom they'd have had the one I wanted in 3m wide as well as 2m & 4m (think maybe were just out of stock), so could have avoided paying for a bit more than I needed, but otherwise very satisfied. Would definitely go to Factory Flooring Ltd again.”

“After ordering for a day I knew I'd be available roadworks started on my street so rang the company and communication was great arranged delivery then waited in they rang said they don't think the van would fit in my street so they were going to be putting it in smaller van the next day which was fine and that the delivery driver would help me with the boxes since my help from the day before wouldn't be available he didn't help but it was the only issue though everything from price to communication was great very happy with my order I'll be back I'm not normally an awkward customer promise”

“The flooring was a very good price and despite some delivery difficulties the staff at Factory Flooring were always very helpful and did what they said they were going to do. Standard delivery is difficult if you live alone and are relying on others to be around to help carry the packs inside as it is very difficult to get an estimated time of delivery. Also, the driver does not give a prior warning of delivery. The flooring does have a few adhesive marks on it which we have not yet been able to remove.”
