“My flooring never arrived in the day it said and I’ve had no communication from them. I rang during opening hours and the answer machine told me they were closed and I tried to email but it bounced as host not found.”

Hi Claire, I have checked the details of your order and you actually selected 09/11/21 for delivery so this isn't due to be delivered until tomorrow, so we do feel that 1 star is a little bit unfair considering we have dispatched the items as requested.. “Actual product was amazing quality and great price. Service was shocking. Paid for set delivery time, didnt come. After various phone calls they promised it would be delivered by 5pm and wasnt. After another complaint I was wrongly cc'd into an email from Customer Services to the Courier Company which slagged me off. Very poor customer service.”

“I found this company on line as I was looking for a specific sort of flooring one that I had, used before in a previous property. I found the service and advice both by email and the phone to be excellent. I would certainly recommend this company and its products to anyone that wants a decent floor.”

“The floor quality is appalling, we have had the floor for a few weeks and already it's dis colouring into a pink colour as also the floor has marks all over it from anything like chair and table legs which have soft covering in order to prevent damage. However your floor is thin like knife through butter. Never would recommend you guys and quality of your product to anyone”

Hi Pascal, Thanks for your review - normally when vinyl products change colour, this is a reaction to something, this can happen for various reasons. All decorative floor coverings will chip, dent and scratch if adequate care isn't taken to protect them, regarding thickness, the particular one you ordered was advertised as 1.9mm thick.
