“I'm afraid we are not pleased with your delivery times, as we have had 2 late deliveries from you which have meant we had to change our plans. Also, your flooring looks nice, but we are very disappointed with the quality of it considering the price we paid. Would not use again.”

“The whole process from ordering and purchasing was easy, arranging collection was prompt and easy and staff on site couldn't have helped any better. Product was top quality and easy to install thank you so much for your excellent service I will use you again and already recommend you to friend in the plumbing trade.”

“I purchased aqua plank vinyl click flooring in October 2021 and by December it was coming apart and cracking. I contacted factory direct flooring who didn't offer any replacement or refund and were very unhelpful I spent over £500 and now will have to spend more to replace. Do not recommend nor will I ever be using again”

“A good range of products which appear quality. I would like to be able to speak to someone with regards to the amount to be ordered and other issues regarding supply and fitting. I also dont approve of too many e-mail trying to pressurise me into buying through, low stock, and other interest in my product as well as discounts disappearing then reappearing, that doesn't impress me in the slightest.”
