“Absolutely brilliant from start to finish, really helpful got us several samples free of charge so we could choose colour at home. You order online and pick up from unit, it was all carried to car for us, definitely return when I need more. The price is cheaper than any other quotes we had, we got laminate and under lay for the price of just laminate elsewhere.”

“After investigating many suppliers of flooring I decided to purchase from Factory Direct. The main reason was that the cushioned vinyl flooring for our bathroom came at a very competitive price and was much cheaper than other suppliers. The free supply helped is very helpful to see how the flooring looks before purchasing. Once purchased the flooring was delivered within 7 days and was well packed.”

“Ordered samples from three on line companies plus local flooring shops. Factory direct were quick to.send and very helpful on the phone to advise me how to order so I would highly recommend them!”

“Allowed me to order a product that wasn't in stock. They did offer to swap for a different floor however if I'd wanted a different floor I would have ordered it. If a product isn't in stock the customer should be informed ahead of placing the order so they can make an informed decision.”
