“I needed flooring delivered the next day due to opening our business and postage strikes. They did what everyone else said was impossible and helped pick the flooring to boot based on commercial grades, colour and usage. I will only ever use them from now on and whoever spoke to me on the phone should be very very proud of their customer service skills.”

“The vinyl plank floor that we chose was ordered on line over a weekend, and I had an email offering delivery on the Thursday which was perfect for us. I tool a phone call on the day of delivery from factory direct flooring to tell me that their transport company was experiencing some issues at the transport hub and that they were doubtfully that they would make the delivery that day. Factory direct had countered this with an instruction to bring in an independent courier to collect from the hub and meet the delivery commitment. And so that's wasn't happened and just as I arrived home from work two guys turned up in a white van and delivered my flooring. So many companies would have just accepted a failed delivery due to courier issues, so I can't comment Factory direct highly enough in their proactive approach to ensure that the delivery window was met. The flooring is still acclimatising before installation but it looks like a nice quality vinyl plank and I can't wait to see it down in our new kitchen.”
