“The floor looks good. Customer Service could be better as I called twice in advance to make sure delivery would happen on a particular date and was reassured both times it would. It still arrived a day late.”

“Order was 30 minutes after the latest estimate and almost all laminate flooring packs I ordered were ripped open to various degrees. Laminate itself seems fit for purpose and unphased. Need to have better truck packing so as not to harm products”

“I have given four stars as the vinyl is perfect, customer service was amazing but it came a day late which meant I had to mess about the man who I had booked to fit the vinyl. Thank fully he didn’t charge me for his lost time!”

“Easy ordering office staff was amazing and went the extra mile for me thank you jake lucas ,and Louise I think the lady was called ,only remark is to put sizes on outside of packaging if you deliver multiple rolls so customer can put them in corresponding rooms 😉 again thank you very much 😁”

“Good buying experience all round. Numerous samples sent out and arrived swiftly free of charge. Impressed with the quality of the flooring, looks great at a competitive price. Was concerned that other reviewers had issues with delivery. I paid extra for delivery on a specified date and time slot as I needed it urgently and it arrived on time. Communication from FD flooring and the delivery firm was spot on. An all round positive experience and I will use again.”

“Firstly the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing, you took out payment and on same day emailed me to say it was out of stock. But as asked you did refund me. But this means I don’t have the product to review.”
