“Hello I have just got round to fitting the flooring however please find the photo attached. This has been taken straight off the roll and it is right across. I have had to fit it as it would hold up every other job. Please advise what you can do about this obvious flaw in the product”

“The products have arrived damaged due to a lack of care from the delivery company and inadequate packaging and protection from the supplier. Support was useless as they insisted on returning the item fully before making any replacement switch, which did not work with our event timeline. Buy cheap, buy twice. More fool me.”
