“Super speedy easy free delivery of some samples, shame the colour seemed to vary too much from the website photos. Quality looked great and you can see how easy it would fit down too! Maybe more samples are needed for us :)”

“After building a large extention of an open plan lounge/diner, we did lots of research of different flooring. Our options were ceramics or luxury click flooring. We ordered samples with factory direct and promptly received the samples a few days later. It took us awhile to decide, and I must admit after hearing friends say not to buy it as it chips, I decided to put the samples to the full test and dropped big stones on it to see how it coped with it! Well I'm pleased to say, it didn't chip!! The flooring we chose was 5mm thick, I would definitely recommend going for this rather than the thinner one. We placed the order with factory direct and they delivered it on the day we wanted it, really pleased with the delivery service. My husband layed the floor himself in a day. We actually left a square without flooring in the middle of the room and dropped a mat in. I couldn't be more pleased with it. Its a lot warmer than ceramics and easy to clean. So yes I would highly recommend factory direct flooring! I will definitely be buying from them again in the near future, as I have other rooms I want to put click vinyl flooring.”

“The floors look really good but the quality is medium. The delivery is really expensive even on the orders over £250! Customer service is okay. Had issues with the first delivery not being on time, but the second one was delivered on the day requested. If I found the same floors elsewhere I would probably order from a different supplier but because I didn't want to change shades of the herrinbone panels I had to stick with Factor Direct. I don't think I will be ordering again from them.”

“The Lino arrived was good but unfortunately gave 4 rating as there was a hiccup and the delivery did not arrive in time. However staff were helpful from the delivery and flooring company to ensure it arrived the following day, my fitter was of course not happy as he had been prebooked”
