“Never even got my floor then they lied to me saying they’ll email me and that they did but I have nothing no call no emails no texts what a joke. If anyone’s thinking of ordering flooring from here DONT. They steal money and the staff wow they’re so rude”

“I was informed a couple of days after placing my order for vinyl that appeared to be in stock, that it was not and would I mind waiting a further week. When I tried to cancel I was met with silence. I chased and eventually did get a refund. The name of the company might have suggested that they didn’t have to get another company to make the product, but maybe it is just words, just like the words in stock which it turns out it wasn’t…”

With regard to the name Factory Direct Flooring as mentioned in your review, we are a supplier rather than a manufacturer - working with numerous manufacturers enables us to offer a wide range of products and as we have the goods straight from the factory to our warehouse in bulk, this also enables us to offer the best prices for high quality products.
