“Wide choice of flooring products on your easy to use website with brilliant prices too. My vinyl flooring is just bang-on and very good quality considering the price. Shame about the delivery where the delivery person did not knock and left both rolls were in the middle of the garden and they got muddy, not good!”

“Factory Direct Flooring Ltd, is an ideal, online company, that makes ordering & delivering of flooring extremely easy (even for first time online buyers, like myself). I found the whole process (from deciding which 'tyoe & style' of flooring I wanted for my kitchen, to it actually being delivered to my home), extremely easy. I was able to complete a secure, online payment for my flooring, with just afew taps on my keyboard. The driver/delivery man, was exceptionally helpful & friendly (he kindly carried the 'rolled up' flooring, into my kitchen with my Daughter (I couldn't do it myself, because I'm disabled with mobility & manipulation problems). His generous assistance, left me assured that the company was/is all for helping/assisting their customers in any way needed, right from initial selection of the flooring, to the delivering of it. I will definately use this company again & again. I have also recommended the company to all my family & friends, who have remarked on my stunning kitchen flooring.”

“I've already submitted a review, but keep being prompted to do so again, so here goes. I ordered Abbey Cervara 14 mm oak matt lacquered 4 strip click system. It's a good looking floor. However within hours it had marked even with furniture pads for table/chairs. Which is disappointing. I had 2 unopened boxes left which I tried to return but was just outside of the 30 day period (delay with floor layer) and the company would no accommodate a few days grace. Again, disappointing.”

“Ordered a sample, arrived ok. Then proceeded to order flooring only to find that carriage to PH2 was going to be £53!!!! Never, ever paid a surcharge at this postal code. Contacted FDF Ltd about ridiculous carriage charge but reply, politely, amounted to 'Tough'! Eventually ordered similar flooring from Wood Floor Warehouse, arrived 3 days later, carriage cost £16! All fitted, very happy, give Wood Floor Warehouse a try.”
