“was the cheapest white floor i could find with not having many funds, at first i had my doubts because some of the comments on here but i can say one my best buys the floor is the right colour and its very easy to clean to and doesn't stain to bad if you clean the mess up straight away of course! my brother laid the floor at it being his first time doing a floor like this said was easier then he thought to put down too!! would highly recommend :)”

“Couldn't be happier with Factory Direct Flooring. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the delivery agents who were either stupid - or contemtuous. But back to the product and suppliers: EXCELLENT price; EXCELLENT quality: EXCELLENT communication. I would certainly buy from them - just so long as their couriers weren't based in Lockerbie . . . ALL the negatives concern the couriers NOT the suppliers, who tried extremely hard to make them act as directed, and who did everything they could to make amends when they didn't!”

“The online pre-sales experience was nice. It was easy to search and filter products, Specially the room visualizer was of great help to finalize the ptoduct. However I am not happy with the quality of the product. Although it comes with a life time warranty, we started noticing surficial wear and tear and dents within a week after installation. Also notice the clicks are not strong enough, Clicks have started opening at lot of palces. Pursuing with the customer support team to claim the life time warrenty. So far the team is reasonably responsive. I would not recommend the product ("Life Glacier White Marble Tile Luxury Rigid Core Click Vinyl Flooring") and would request flooring direct to be more stringent with Quality checks.”

“Flooring was meant to be delivered on Tuesday. Wasn't given a delivery slot so Husband had to take whole day off work (he's self employed so lost out on a lot of money). The issue came when 6pm came and went. He had to take another day off work, but I called them early afternoon to ask what was happening. Told the flooring was loaded onto the delivery truck at midnight so would be with us some time that day. 6pm came and went. My husband had to take 3 full days off work in the end. Communication extremely poor from this company and no apology received or acknowledgement there was even an issue.”

“Good communication and quick dispatch both on samples and the actual order. Good quality LUV easy assemble , time will tell how durable it is. So far so good after a month use in the busy kitchen”
