“I recently purchased Quickstep flooring from this company and the whole experience has been nothing short of amazing. The sales representative on the phone advised of the different types of underlays to complement the floor I had chosen and to be honest I had only called for technical information and availability. I was that impressed so I placed the order over the phone. The flooring arrived a few days later and one of the packs had been damaged. I sent an email and photos of the damaged pack to customer services and 24hrs later I had an email back and a follow up phone call. Factory Direct Flooring are leading the way with how to deal with their customers. 5 out of 5 and I would certainly be buying from them again.”

“I ordered vinyl flooring. When I emailed to change delivery date. Reply was my order was cancelled. Money was taken by yourselves but phone call issue was it was cancelled. Contacted my bank who sorted this matter out as you eventually paid back my money. Left me stressful and would have left me losing my payment if bank did not sort it out”

“I cannot fault this company. Great quality flooring, easy ordering. Delivered without any problems. I returned a couple of packs as I'd over ordered and the money was back in my account within 10 mins. Very professional and prompt customer service.”

“As always great choice finally chose 12mm soft grey oak flooring due to arrive by Saturday.. hard wearing can't fault the flooring. Generally delivery on time as well. Bulk order whole house. Looking forward to receiving my delivery. Ordering process very easy.”

“Although customer service very good its unfortunate that I can't say the same about the product. It came damaged but had to be put down as had to complete project in order to open my business. The laughable thing about it is on the outside of the packaging it says refuse order if damaged, you don't have a chance to unwrap, unroll and examine as delivery driver dumps delivery and goes. Not very impressed to be fair.”
