“Shocking. Sent wrong colour. Then instead of apologising told me "is not against trade descriptions act to sell as one colour and provide another" of phone down on me when I said I was recording. Told me to "take them to court to get my money back"”

“The product is good, but the company ignored the agreed delivery date and delivered on a Saturday when no one was available, costing me money to bring help in to unload the product. Very poor service”

“The latest purchase of nine packs has been dwarfed by our original buy to almost clad the whole of our four bedroom house in 2016. The quality is as high as ever, engineered, oiled rustic Oak 20mm x 190mm. The original flooring shows no sign of wear or fade, superb ! The available range is very wide, choose with care, Ordering for a non-computer competent well into his seventies needs care but achieveable, value for money excellent. Despite stating a date the contracted carrier delivered a day early and tried the wrong address,130m NOT the fault of the sender, correct labelling, non coperative driver”

“Ordering was easy. I chose to collect and they very kindly delivered to their Hinckley store, so it was easier for me to pick up. Jake from their customer sales team arranged so that everything went smoothly and he did what he said he would do. Extremely pleased with the quality of the 12mm laminate flooring we purchased. Great service thank you.”

“Had to pay for my samples, but every other flooring companies I've ordered from were free, well I've only ordered from 3, but they were free, so I think you maybe need to look into that, as you're all ready on the back foot, but the positive were that the website was very practical and easy to use.”

“Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Cancelled my delivery a day after purchase but still had to pay 90£ it was still delivered and collection took 6 attempts where I had to pay somebody each of those days as they promised it was getting collected but never did. They never waived the 90£ fee for the huge inconvenience. Unprofessional company.”
