“Absolutely nightmare. Rude customer services. His name was Jack and he wont just listen and carry on talking. They first missed the delivery and we had to pay the fitters £100 for cancellation. When they delivered they missed the item and because of that we again had to pay £100 fitters for coming back. No compensation offered, only offered to refund delivery fee which was only £39.”

“Product very good value for money but several damages which were readily replaced. We were notified of deliveries which they then rearranged twice which was frustrating. Product and sales knowledge very good.”

“Helpful when I had to delay order, but then waited in all day for delivery, could not give a reason for that, promised for next day, waited in all day again, told them I wanted a time slot for delivery or I would cancel, told that time slot not possible, so I cancelled and went elsewhere. Their delivery was quick an well inside their time slot. I have received a refund, thank you, but I cannot and will not recommend DF Ltd. Perhaps you should consider another delivery option!”

“Very good quality flooring. I have used it in my conservatory and art studio. Easy to fit by anyone experienced or not. Delivery was on time, but they will not carry it round to the back of the house or in your house, so be aware of that. It is placed as close to the front door as you want or back gate as you want. The box are heavier than you think, good for a little weight training. Friendly person on the end of the phone who can give you sound advice on amount you need and time of arrival of your flooring. Second time I have bought flooring from thus company and have nothing really to complain about.”
