Reasonable delivery time and I like that don't charge ridiculous delivery costs. The reward programme is a bit of a cop out though - products or a discount that you can only use if you spend over £100.

Bought this Heliocare Colour spf as I really love Heliocare products but after applying i found it to be very drying and the product split on my skin which isn't a good look, so very disappointed, waste of money

A bit of a mixed bag for the Mystery bundle. A lot of hair products that just aren't relevant for my hair, and not enough skin care products for me to try. Good value to the right person.

The delivery was fast and efficient buying from the website is an enjoyable experience However I was disappointed as my cleaning blam had the face towel taken out of the package I this wasn’t the case I would have given an extra star.

I am not sure that the free gift that I got (Medik8 vitamin C day wear) is not authentic. The cream is not white - it’s a yellowy colour and it doesn’t smell anything like Medik8. In fact it’s got a horrible smell. It also arrived without a box!! I would like this cream changed for a proper Medik8!!!

Please be assured that all of our products are genuine, we receive them directly from the brand. The stock we receive as a free gift also comes directly from the brand and isn't always in a box. All Medik8 products are amazing and in those alone I would leave 5 stars but there was an offer on that stated if you spent over £99 on Medik8 you would receive a free moisturiser. I spent well over this and never received the free item. After contacting Face The Future I was told this offer didn’t apply to app purchases although it was on the app advertising this. I will continue to use Medik8 but will probably not purchase from FTF again.

To be honest I used to love face the future, would always get lots of samples and the product range is good, there are some things I will stick to buying with ftf however I have noticed you don't really get a huge amount of discount, for eg the SkinCeuticals with face the future is £80, you can get this at a better discount elswhere, also the points are just not great, considering the amount of money I have spent on this shop the discounts received via purchasing is poor. I will always try and see if I can get the products I buy elswhere before landing as a last resort with face the future. Started off well and like with most things, going down hill.

Unfortuneately I am still waiting for my items from Face The Future. Royal Mail should have delivered my online purchase on Wednesday 5th February 2025! Having stayed at home for the past 4 days and receiving several emails from Royal Mail I still do not have my purchase! I am reluctant to order any more from Face The Future if I have this problem every time! Regards Susan Game.

Orders arrive promptly and correct. I do find it annoying how every time I place an order I have to fill in a health form, even though I have been using the same products for years. Is there no way you can store the information so you can see what your customers have previously ordered and used?

Very disappointed with the secret order. Surely, company that keeps track of all your orders and does some sort of analysis, must understand your concerns and taste. Instead, they send you something so extremely irrelevant that looks like they just want to get rid of old products. Very disappointing experience.

Face the Future is obviously a professional, ethical company with the the care of its clients ar heart.I was disappointed to learn that my first order had not been successful, due to my ordering products which were perhaps too advanced for my skin care routine. I didn't learn of this until I had ordered and paid for my products. I was promptly reimbursed but I had to begin the whole process again. with regard to the products I am currently using from you, I don't feel that I have been using them long enough to comment on their efficacity. Indeed I am unsure as to whether I am reviewing the company, Face the Future or the products I have purchased, but I assume it is the former. You have taken great care to ensure that I don't acquire the wrong products, so thank you. I've just seen the remaining questions!
