Bought the keratin treatment but it did not work for me. My hair smelt burnt when I used the shampoo and conditioner.

I've just received my first ever £20 mystery package. I can firmly confirm, It'll definitely be my last! 2 of the products are scalp treatments for dandruff which I don't have. I is baby hair tamer. Again which I don't need. The other 2 are 2 small quantities of different forms of collagen. Which considering you have to take it for months before you know it's suitable, is utterly useless. If fact the only thing I'll actually use is a 50ml tube of sunscreen. Mega disappointed.

I was very disappointed with the size of this product and more disappointed that it didn’t work. It just left a white residue on my face. Thought it was very expensive for the size and felt like I wasted my money on something that didn’t even work

My recent order placed 26th Jan 2025 has not arrived. Royal mail state they attempted delivery on the 30th Jan and I was at home all day. Previous orders have been delivered through the letterbox by royal mail. I tried tracing the parcel last week using the royal mail tracking number but unfortunately my post code was not recognised. The Royal mail tracking number is no longer active and I have no way of tracing my parcel.

It’s the second time I’m getting a vitamin C that has been coloured already, meaning it was aging before it arrived to me, therefore less active. It’s a shame there is no way to get to customer service, last time I tried on my other parcel as it was dark yellow and nobody came back to me. I ordered before the vitamin c from the same brand and from this website and it was great, but only the first time, the other 2 were yellow and dark yellow, not clear like the first time or the previous times from different websites. Probably old batch and it’s a shame because it’s an expensive product. I’ll buy it some place else, gave them 2 tries from my own pocket, that’s enough. Mrs Green

I asked to cancel the order but no one replied to me. So the order was dispatched and I still don’t have it! Lost in the post. Shan’t be ordering from this company again.

Using FacetheFuture has left me with a Shopify / Shopme problem on my phone. When ordering from other companies I am automatically charged against a particular credit card, it does not ask for cvc or authorisation. I can’t remove this and I think this is dangerous - I will not use this site again

Charge not only for returns but cost of delivery even if free delivery when sent. Will cost me twice the delivery to return even though I tried to cancel. Not impressed.

Easy to order. I emailed asking to cancel my order approx 15 mins after placing it (at 11.25pm), but thr following afternoon they emailed saying it had already been dispatched! Now I have to return woth no printer to print a returns label etc. Also they could have been more helpful just kept referring me to their returns page.

I am sorry but I wish I could be more positive. I have bought from you in the past but apart from my recent order after a long time, my attempts to buy from you again nearly always come to nothing. This is a shame because you are a trustworthy website. Firstly your website is so unfriendly and mind boggling and I cannot wait to close it. Never any discount on products that I normally buy. I try to support small businesses always.

I am disappointed with product This is one of my favourite products but the first time I bought it online The tube was sealed and not used but the cream has little gritty bits in which is not the usual consistency

Wrong delivery option automatically selected on checking out. No number to call and speak to someone. Only spent so much to get free delivery and only offered a partial refund on the delivery as I was told my query was bottom of the list

We can see that the priority plus delivery was chosen on your order, this then gives you free priority shipping for the year, we understand this was chosen by mistake but we had sent the order on priority delivery so we could only refund the difference.
